Born and raised on the West Side of San Antonio, Brian is a proud product of the San Antonio Independent School District, Central Catholic High School, St. Mary’s University, and St. Mary’s University School of Law.

Brian’s perspective on life and the law is heavily influenced by his parents—a policeman and a teacher—who taught him the value of patience, fairness, and treating people right.

He looks at the law through a practical, direct lens. He doesn’t care about rhetorical showmanship or long-winded legal theories; he cares about the hard facts, finding the leverage points, and executing a straightforward solution.

That mindset drives his work at the Daspit Law Firm, where he focuses on the critical, technical groundwork of building high-stakes cases. He doesn't shy away from the courtroom, because he knows that when you master the technical data, a well-built case speaks for itself.

Brian keeps things grounded, and his primary focus is his family and his fiancée. In his free time, he enjoys the Spurs, football, motorsports, the outdoors, traveling, and pursuing his passion for horses and the rodeo.
