Joe Fouche was born in Cleveland, Ohio and Houston has become his home since an early age. He graduated from Grinnell College in Iowa with a degree in Political Science. Joe obtained his law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. During law school, Joe worked closely with client outreach here at Daspit Law Firm. After graduating law school, Joe worked with a nationwide law firm representing Plaintiffs in injuries, as well as civil and human rights violations. Joe’s work helped people who were ruined by incidents to regain some sort of dignity from their losses. Now, Joe continues his fight to help those who need it the most, during some of the most pivotal times in their lives. Joe is licensed in the states of Texas and Ohio, with federal trial court licensure in the Southern District of Texas and the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
