Randall has extensive experience in catastrophic transportation and workplace accidents involving numerous fatalities. A seasoned trial lawyer, Randall has served as lead counsel, second chair, or co-counsel in over 40 jury trials. Randall’s experience encompasses all sizes of cases, from those where he was the only lawyer for a single client, to mass-tort and catastrophic personal injury cases involving thousands of plaintiffs and large teams of defendants and defense counsel. In recognition of his expertise and the results that he has achieved for his clients, Randall has been named a Texas Super Lawyer for seven consecutive years. Randall routinely advises and defends clients in state and federal courts and courts of appeals and before agencies of the Federal government. Randall has B.S. in AgriBusiness, from Texas A&M University, in 1997 and J.D. from Baylor Law School, in 2000.
