Robert Morse is a native Texan. Born in Pampa, Texas he lived throughout West Texas and Eastern New Mexico before moving to a small rice farming community outside of Sour Lake, Texas. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Finance, Robert managed litigation and fraud investigations for the country's largest property and casualty insurance company. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from law school at the University of Houston, Robert began his career at the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski where he represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in a variety of litigation matters. During his career at Fulbright, Robert did not lose a single jury trial. As a result of his outstanding advocacy skills, Robert left Fulbright & Jaworski to supervise catastrophic litigation matters for one of the world's largest energy companies. These experiences provided Robert with a unique insight into the operations of major corporations and their insurance carriers and allows him to maximize the value of a case while seeking a resolution in the most expedited time frame feasible. This wide variety of litigation experience has resulted in outstanding results for his client. In a recent six month period, Robert was able to obtain trial verdicts in settlements in excess of $100,000,000.00. These results, and his reputation, has resulted in him being hired by numerous other firms to try cases that they simply were unable to unwilling to take to the courthouse. When not working, Robert enjoys most outdoor activities, but is especially fond of hunting and fishing. A case involving only arthroscopic surgeries that resulted in a verdict in excess of $4,300,000.00 in one the most conservative venues in Texas.
