Daniel was raised in Brownsville, Texas. After receiving completing his undergraduate studies at Texas State University, his desire to create new challenges and personal growth led him to pursue his law degree, at Suffolk Law in Boston, MA. Daniel began his career with Daspit Law Firm and has since settled millions of dollars for his clients. Daniel is the managing attorney of the Central and South Texas offices and maintains a high degree of accountability and professionalism for himself and the associate attorneys. When not practicing law he will usually be with his family, grilling, or enjoying the outdoors in Central and South Texas.
