Cionni Yates is dedicated to standing up for individuals who have been injured and ensuring her clients feel supported throughout the legal process. She takes pride in being both a strong advocate in the courtroom and a trusted guide for clients during what can often be one of the hardest times in a person’s life.

Cionni earned her bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from The University of Alabama, where she became a proud Crimson Tide football fan. She went on to receive her J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. During law school, she served as president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, honed her skills in one of the country’s top trial advocacy programs, and clerked with the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office and boutique firms handling personal injury, civil rights, and criminal defense matters.

Outside the courtroom, Cionni enjoys playing tennis, spending time with her family, and cheering on Alabama football each fall.
