Born and raised in Odessa, Texas, Preston brings a competitive spirit and client-first mentality to every case he handles. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Preston earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management before going on to receive his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

While in law school, Preston completed specialized legal certificates in both Intellectual Property, Sports, and Entertainment Law, as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution. This diverse training has given him valuable insight into complex legal issues and contract disputes.

Preston is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and is eligible to transfer his license to any jurisdiction that recognizes the Uniform Bar Examination (UBE). His approach to legal advocacy is rooted in preparation, clarity, and building real trust with his clients — ensuring they feel heard, supported, and equipped throughout the legal process.

Outside the office, Preston enjoys following college athletics — especially Texas Tech sports — skiing, bird hunting, and spending time with his dogs.
