Joshua graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Joshua went on to graduate cum laude from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. While at Mercer, he clerked in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office assisting with the prosecution of federal felony crimes. Joshua has spent the past five years working in civil litigation with focuses on consumer debt and personal injury. Prior to that he spent more than a decade working in mergers and acquisitions, specifically in the field of new car dealership valuations and transactions. He has served as independent counsel to a number of dealers and dealerships with respect to both administrative matters and litigation. While at The Johns Hopkins University Joshua was a member of its NCAA D-I lacrosse team, helping guide the Blue Jays to three Final Fours, Two Championship games and an undefeated National Championship in 2005. When not at the office Joshua enjoys spending his time with his wife raising two daughters and giving back to the community by serving as a lacrosse coach for various youth, high school and college teams.
